Staying together with people that are different from you, have different beliefs, different political views, different pasts, different personalities, different interests….can be a challenge. Living With Differences
This week our discussion topic is about living with differences. The kinds of differences that Paul talks about in Romans 14 are differences between people’s views of what is proper Christian behavior and practice, they are matters of opinion, but not unimportant. They are only matters of opinion because there are different opinions about them. Paul’s approach to this is to (1) accept one another because we are servants of God, not each other and (2) seek to do things that build each other up… What differences do you find to be a struggle?

Guided By Prayer
This weeks topic is that we as a congregation want to be guided by prayer. As we work, make decisions, form plans and do things as a congregation we want to cover it all in prayer. As Jesus said in the gospels, his house shall be a house of prayer for all the nations, and we are that house. Who we are as individuals will effect how we come together as a congregation to pray for our efforts. We want to remove any hindrances that exist in our lives and relationships so that our prayers are not hindered.
