Spiritual Gifts Workshop

The Spiritual Gifts workshop will consist of 3 sessions and require approximately 1-2 hours of homework per week. Please download the outline and complete the assignments for week 1 [ Outline ]

Session 1
Complete BEFORE class

  • Review the scripture passages in the “Finding My Place” brochure
  • Complete the ONLINE Spiritual Gifts Inventory [HERE] (BRING THE REPORT TO CLASS SESSION #1)
  • Spend time in prayer asking God to help you understand his will for your life

Session 2 Class Recording (mp3)
Complete before class

  • Worksheet #1 – including the “Perfect Fit” exercise and the “Outside Opinions” exercise
  • Spend time in prayer asking God to help you understand his will for your life

Session 3
Complete before class

  • Worksheet #2 – including the “Where is my heart” and “How I am most effective” exercises.
  • Spend time in prayer asking God to help you understand his will for your life

Owning The Message

Today we talked about owning the message of Christ.  I say “owning” because the story of Christ is our story.  It’s about God’s work in us and through us.  To share THE story we simply share our stories of our life with God.  So why not start now…share a little of your story.  How has God changed your life, recently?
