HIGH/JR HIGH SCHOOL ACTIVITIES:

WEEKLY SPECIAL ACTIVITIES:  Our teens like to get together for special activities.  Events include devotionals, hikes, trips to “Pirate Pete’s”, bowling, trips to the lake, meals, concerts, movies, game nights, lock-ins, skating and service projects.  More and different activities are being planned all the time.

TRIPS:  Every Fall the youth attend “Celebration” youth event weekend with over 40 other youth groups in Kentucky Dam Village state park. The youth also attend “Leadership Training for Christ” in Indianapolis, Indiana each Spring to present their puppet shows, drama and other events.  Other trips are added in as available.

SUNDAY SCHOOL:  Each Sunday morning our youth meet in a combined Sunday school class with college students at the church building.

SERVICE:  The youth have opportunities to take part in a variety of service projects put on by the church including “Give-Away-Day”, service trips to disaster areas and other activities as they become available.

YOUTH ROOM:  Our teen room has been specially set up for teen activities and is equipped with ping pong and a foosball table.  We want our kids to have fun but our goal is to help our youth grow to know Christ and learn to serve and develop their Christian gifts.

CHILDREN ACTIVITIES:

The church provides Sunday School and nursery services along with children’s activities during Sunday morning worship time.

Children’s activity books are available in the vestibule in the entrance.
